ICONI 2023 invites the submissions of original, unpublished research works that are currently not under review.
Authors may submit either a 3pages full paper or a 2pages short paper.
The accepted paper will be presented either in an oral session or poster session.
All accepted papers will appear in the ICONI 2023 proceedings only if at least one of the authors attends the conference to present the paper.
Authors must log on to Paper Submission System to submit their abstracts or papers.
Please submit camera-ready manuscript as Word File (For example Paper-id.doc File) (not PDF File)

Paper Submission

• Deadline: October 13, 2023  October 20, 2023
• Detailed formatting and submission instructions:
  • Login to the Manuscript Submission System and click Submit a new Manuscript in the Author (Submit A Manuscript) tab.
  • Please Select Track 1 to Track 15 for regular conference paper and presentation type.
  • Author(s) also must select a corresponding track and indicate the type of paper (Short or Full).
  • Please enter title and abstract. Abstract should not exceed 2000 characters.
  • Click the save and continue button, enter author(s) information.

• Detailed formatting and submission instructions:
  • In order to submit a paper in the Paper Submission System, please select "Modify" tab after selecting your previously submitted abstract.
  • Authors can submit either a short paper that is 2 pages in length or a full paper that is at least 3 pages (not exceeding 6 pages) in length, based on the following format form, regardless of whether it is submitted as a presentation, workshop or poster paper.

• Note: To be considered for recommendation to the journal publication (SCIE & KCI), author(s) should submit a full paper.

  • In order to submit a camera-ready paper, please select "Camera Ready" in the left menu at the Paper Submission System.
  • Authors may choose proper paper from the list of papers they previously submitted.
  • Please note that the page limit for a full paper is 3 pages and the limit for Short paper and Poster is 2 pages.
  • You need to sign an authorization form that allows us to publish your paper in the conference proceedings.
  • Along with the final camera ready paper, the authors also need to submit a signed Authorization copyright form
  • Please assure the quality, format and English-proficiency of the papers.
