Of the papers presented at the ICONI 2023 conference, some selected papers will be also published, after further revisions, in the following international journals. To be considered and selected for journal publication, authors should submit a full paper (at least 3 pages, not exceeding 6 pages in length) regardless of whether it was originally submitted as a conference and workshop paper.

• Journal of Internet Computing and Services (indexed by KCI)

• * Highly top rated papers of the Best Paper Awards will be invited for submission of extended versions for publication in the ICONI special issue of KSII TIIS (SICE Journal / JCR impact Factor: 1.5). Note that the invited paper must be accepted from the KSII-TIIS review process for publication in the ICONI special issue.
