No Show Policy


  • All accepted papers included in the final program are expected to be presented either physically or virtually.
  • If the author does not make a presentation, the name will appear on the “ICONI 2023 No Show List”
  • Participants of no show papers will receive a warning e-mail from the ICONI 2023 organizing committee, not be recommended for journal publication as selected papers, and be subjected to a penalty in ICONI 2023 Conference fees for two succeeding years.
  • Thus, Early Registration Fee shall not apply to participants on the ICONI 2023 “No Show List”
